FREE FREIGHT POLICY: Our free freight policy applies only to products that originate out of Montgomery, Illinois. Free freight only applies to the 48 contiguous states in the USA. Orders with items that ship from multiple F.O.B. points are subject to shipping charges. The $4,000 order amount that must be met to qualify for the free freight policy, can only be figured using only items that ship F.O.B. Montgomery, Illinois
(example: $2,000 dollars worth of items F.O.B St Louis, MO plus $2,500 dollars worth of items F.O.B. Montgomery, Illinois equals $4,500 however it does not qualify for free freight because only $2,500 is F.O.B. Montgomery, IL)


1.Payment terms are to be Visa, MasterCard, or American Express processed by Industrial Shelving Systems at the time of shipment. Please call 800-875-6201 for additional available terms. Sales tax on products shipped inside MO. at 7.325% and IL at 6.25% is to be added to the invoice. It is the responsibility of the purchasing party to pay their state as consumer use tax on shipments outside MO & IL.

2.Multiple F.O.B. Points: It is possible that some orders may have to ship from multiple F.O.B. points if you are ordering products from more than one manufacturer. The purchaser is responsible for all charges. To include a freight quote on a specific order, check the Pre-Pay & Add/Freight Quote Required option, or call customer service at 1-800-875-6201 before completing your online order.

3.Freight charges:
Freight Collect: We prefer shipping collect to you whenever possible, simply choose a carrier you already do business with, provide carrier name, phone, and your account number in the designated fields. It is your responsibility to ensure the carrier of your choice covers both the F.O.B. city and the delivery city.
Pre-pay & add/Freight Quote Required: If you must know freight charges prior to ordering, simply check the “Pre-pay & add/Freight Quote Req.” option and finish your online purchase. By checking this option, we will contact you with a freight quote prior to processing your order, at which point you may cancel or proceed with the order. This option may delay the order by 1 business day.

4. All damage or shortages must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Before accepting any shipment, you must inspect it carefully, including removing the packaging when it necessary to look for concealed damage. Only after you have noted the delivery bill can you notify Industrial Shelving Systems of the products needing replacement.
Important Notice: NO CLAIM WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A CLEAR DELIVERY BILL
Caution: When you give the delivering carrier a clear receipt for a shipment in which there is damaged merchandise or a shortage, the carrier and Industrial Shelving Systems are relieved of any further responsibility. Purchasing party will be responsible for all replacements should above procedure not be followed.

5. Returned and cancelled shipments within 30 days must be approved by Industrial Shelving Systems in writing prior to return of merchandise. They will be charged a 30% restocking fee plus applicable return freight. No returns will be accepted without a RGA number issued by Industrial Shelving Systems.

6. Industrial Shelving will respect your confidentiality. We will not sell or rent your name to anyone.

Pre-Pay & Add shipments are allowed via the carrier of our choice. However, the purchaser must agree to separate billing by checking the designated box, one bill for the material ordered and one for the freight charges. This is done only because it is impossible to provide an accurate freight charge at the time of your online purchase We always strive to use the most economical shipping method and have excellent discounts in place with several nationwide carriers, our savings will be passed directly onto you.
