1128 Lyon Deep Door Cabinet with Tilt-Bins

The 1128 All-Welded Deep Door Cabinet is a heavy-duty cabinet perfect for your storage needs. This cabinet is ideal for your warehouse, garage, or industrial storage.

The design is an all-welded cabinet that is is constructed of 14-gauge steel.

Door Construction 

The heavy-duty steel doors include three 5/16″ diameter steel pin hinges. These hinges are securely welded to each door. The doors feature a secure, 3-point locking system. The rugged cast iron handle also includes a 3/8″ thick hasp. This hasp allows you to quickly add your own padlock to secure the doors shut.

Base Construction 

4″ high legs are welded to the base of the cabinet. This creates a forklift base, which allows you easy movement anywhere in your facility.

Shelving Construction 

This storage cabinet also includes one full width shelf heavy-duty steel shelves; there are also three half shelves. These shelves offer you a payload capacity of 1,450 lbs per shelf. The half shelves can be easily adjusted. You can quickly bolt the shelves securely into welded keyhole slots. You can also re-positioned the shelves on 3″ centers.

In addition, tilt bins add more storage density for small parts. The unique tilt bins swing forward to allow 100% access to the contents.
