We have experts trained in AutoCAD that will determine the best layout to maximize your space. Is everything you offer listed on your website?

Only a small offering of our products will be listed online. We have many products that are offered on a job-to-job basis. We encourage you to contact us for a tailored solution if the products you see online don’t match your needs.

 

How is freight determined?

Freight Collect is offered and can be chosen at checkout by selecting the $0.00 freight method and specifying your carrier contact info and account number.

 

What are your lead times?

While we do stock various products in our St. Louis, MO warehouse and offer other quick ship products direct through several manufacturer programs, planning ahead is always your best way to ensure your project time lines can be met.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

As a distributor representing hundreds of manufacturer product lines, it’s difficult for us to publish an across-the-board discount schedule as our internal pricing varies greatly from brand to brand. Our long history and lasting relationships with many of our vendors allow us to receive competitive pricing for a wide range of material handling and storage equipment products. We always look out for our customers and pass savings along when available. We encourage you to request a quote for any size requirement, but especially for larger request and projects.

 

Do you offer credit accounts?

Credit accounts are offered for commercial customers. Customers would be required to fill out a credit application to apply.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage, you must note it on the driver's copy of the paperwork and report it to us immediately. This is required to ensure that a replacement can be provided at no cost to you. Failure to document the damage at the time of delivery may result in additional costs for replacement.

 

Are your products compatible with other brands?

Most brands are not interchangeable due to manufacturing differences. If you are unsure of the brand you are using, please contact us for assistance before purchasing to ensure compatibility.
